The effects of intermittent stress may well begin with a few headaches or sleepless nights, but for many, muscular tension, poor decision making and an inability to focus, if ignored for long enough could become a catalyst for a compromised immune system (more sickness and absenteeism), chronic anxiety,
depression or even burn out.

I will support you (and your parents) to navigate those feelings and behaviours that will either enslave you or free you and keep you accountable to the future you want to create.

Your first session is a deal maker or deal breaker. Together, we will chat about what it is “you” want from the coaching relationship, the commitment you need to make, and we will explore how to support you best during your potential life coaching journey. If we are a good fit and you remain accountable, success awaits.
YEAR 11/12 STUDENTS
This 12 week program will help you develop a winning mindset, resilience, stress and time management, school/Life balance, and incorporate massage and mindfulness. Sessions will evolve and depending on how you feel, are flexible. Included: Email support, Face to face or Skype sessions. 6 sessions over 3 months. $660
HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Sanity saving sessions
Coaching/or Massage as needed. Includes: Guided meditation, awareness and opportunity work to help you make sense of whatever issue you are having a hard time dealing with. Recommended once a fortnight or as needed. 50m $120
